What to include

A few details help us fix things faster:

  • Tool problems: which tool you used, what you typed (or a short sample), what you expected and what happened instead.
  • A character or message that does not work in an app: the app name and version, your device (Android or iPhone) and where you pasted it — a chat, a name, a bio or a comment. We will retest it and update the page if it has changed.
  • Mistakes in a guide: the page link and the sentence you think is wrong. If you have an official source, include it.

Removing something you shared

Short phrases and styled versions that visitors copy or share can appear in a public list on the site. If you want a phrase removed — for example because it contains your name or someone else’s personal information — email us the exact phrase and the page where you saw it, with the subject line “Removal request”. We remove personal information and anything abusive once we have found it.

If you believe something on TwiceText uses your copyrighted work or trademark without permission, email us with:

  • the link to the page and a description of the material;
  • a description of the work or mark you own;
  • your contact details and a statement that the information in your notice is accurate and that you are the owner or authorized to act for the owner.

Please use the subject line “Copyright notice”. We review each notice and take down material that is not ours to use.

Privacy questions

To ask what we store about your use of the site or to request deletion, write to the same address with the subject line “Privacy request”. The TwiceText privacy policy lists what the site collects and how long it is kept.

Who you are writing to

TwiceText is run by the TwiceText Editorial Team, the small team described on the about TwiceText page. We do not offer phone support, and we have no other email address — please ignore any message that claims to be from TwiceText but comes from a different address.
