Terms of Use

The rules for using TwiceText's text tools: use them responsibly, no harassment or spam, and what happens to text you share.

Last updated: October 1, 2026

These terms apply to your use of TwiceText (twicetext.com), its tools and its guides. By using the site you agree to them. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.

Using the tools

TwiceText is free to use for personal and work purposes, with no account needed. You may copy the text the tools produce and use it wherever you like, as long as you follow these terms and the rules of the app or website where you paste it.

Use the tools responsibly

The tools are for fun and helpful messages. You agree not to use TwiceText to:

  • harass, threaten, bully or annoy other people, including flooding someone with repeated or blank messages they did not ask for;
  • send spam or unsolicited bulk messages to strangers;
  • get around a platform’s spam filters, character rules, moderation or other limits;
  • impersonate a person, a company or a system message, or create fake notices from banks, apps or services;
  • break the terms of service of WhatsApp, Instagram, Discord, TikTok, X or any other app, or any law;
  • overload the site with automated requests, scrape it at scale or try to interfere with how it works.

You are responsible for the messages you send. Messaging apps and social networks can limit or restrict accounts that send large volumes of repeated messages, and those decisions are theirs, not ours.

Content you share

Styled versions you copy and versions you submit with the share box can be shown to other visitors in a public list. By sharing, you confirm that the text does not contain anyone’s personal information and does not break these terms, and you give TwiceText a free, worldwide, non-exclusive permission to store, display and count that text on the site. We may remove shared text at any time, and we remove anything abusive, offensive, adult or personal once we find it or it is reported.

Our content

The site’s design, code, guides and images belong to TwiceText. You may quote short parts of a guide with a link back to the page. Please do not copy whole pages or republish our tools as your own.

Unicode characters, including the blank and special characters the tools produce, are part of a public standard. You do not need our permission to use them.

Not affiliated with any app

TwiceText is an independent website. It is not affiliated with, endorsed by or sponsored by WhatsApp, Instagram, Discord, TikTok, X or any other app or company mentioned on the site. All product names, logos and trademarks belong to their respective owners and are used only to describe where text can be used.

No guarantees

We test the tools and keep the guides up to date, but the site is provided “as is” and “as available”. How text looks after you paste it depends on the app, its version, your device and its fonts, and apps can change how they handle characters at any time. We do not guarantee that a result will display or be accepted in any particular app, or that the site will always be available or free of errors.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent allowed by law, TwiceText and the people who run it are not liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential loss arising from your use of the site, including messages you send, accounts restricted by a third-party app or text that does not display as expected. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law, or any rights you have as a consumer that cannot be waived.

Guides may link to official help pages and other websites. We do not control those sites and are not responsible for their content or practices.

Privacy

How the site handles data is explained in the TwiceText privacy policy.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms as the site changes. The date at the top shows the latest version. Continuing to use the site after a change means you accept the updated terms.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws that apply where TwiceText is operated, without regard to conflict-of-law rules, and without taking away any protection you have under the mandatory consumer laws of the country where you live.

Questions about these terms can be sent to [email protected] or through the TwiceText contact page.
